Overview & Free-to-Use Policy

LunaTv is a 100% free-to-use iOS application designed for entertainment, motivational clips, sports media, and real-time community voice interaction.

  • No Mandatory Subscription: The app operates without mandatory paywalls or recurring subscription tiers.
  • No Account Required: You can stream videos, create or join community rooms, and engage in live audio sessions as a guest without creating an account.

Information We Process & Collect

A. Account Information (Optional)

Creating an account is completely optional. If you choose to register or log in, we only collect your Email Address (via Email/Password registration or Sign in with Apple) solely for authentication and account management. We do not collect phone numbers, physical addresses, or real names.

B. Community Rooms & Microphone Usage

LunaTv provides real-time voice channels within community rooms. When you enable the microphone feature:

Real-Time Transit Only: Audio payload is encrypted in transit and routed strictly to allow active room participants to hear each other.
Zero Audio Recording: We do not capture, record, store, or analyze your microphone audio on any server under any circumstances.

C. Technical & Diagnostic Data

To ensure low latency and app stability, minimal non-personal technical telemetry is processed automatically:

  • Device Tokens (APNs/FCM): An anonymized device ID is stored strictly to deliver push notification alerts.
  • Crash & Usage Telemetry: Non-identifying diagnostics (crash logs and basic product interaction) are evaluated solely to fix bugs and improve stability.

In-App Account Deletion & Rights

Although LunaTv can be used without registering, any user who creates an account retains absolute control over their profile data.

How to Delete Your Account In-App

    Open the LunaTv application on your device.
    Navigate to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation menu.
    Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
    Confirm deletion when prompted.

Immediate Effect: Upon confirmation, your email address, profile row, active login sessions, and FCM notification tokens are permanently removed from our databases (Supabase & Firebase).

Data Security & Encryption

We enforce strict security practices, including SPKI SSL/TLS Certificate Pinning and AES-256 encrypted endpoints, to safeguard network data in transit and prevent unauthorized interception.
